Job summary

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years as CDP in high-volume settings, formal culinary training, deep knowledge of Chinese cuisine, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are currently seeking an experienced Chinese Cuisine Chef de Partie (CDP) to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The CDP will be responsible for preparing, cooking and presenting authentic Chinese dishes in our client's restaurant. The ideal candidate should have a passion for Chinese cuisine and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of Chinese dishes according to recipes and standards set by the restaurant
• Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented in a timely manner
• Monitor food stock levels and order supplies when needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work station
• Train and supervise junior kitchen staff
• Assist with menu planning and development
• Follow all health and safety standards and guidelines
• Adhere to all food hygiene and sanitation standards
