Job summary

Crest Property Solutions in Mumbai is seeking a dedicated Clubhouse/Children's Activities Coordinator to organize engaging, age-appropriate programs for residents and their families. You will supervise children in the play area, coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance, handle bookings, payments, and MIS reports, and ensure safety and smooth operation of facilities.

Responsibilities

• Organize and conduct engaging, age-appropriate activities for children aged 3-18.
• Supervise children and ensure their safety and discipline in the play area.
• Inspect play equipment and report maintenance issues to the Club House Executive.
• Ensure the play area and guest house are clean and well-maintained.
• Maintain childrens entry registers and records.
• Assist residents with guest house and amenity bookings, confirmations, and guidelines.
• Collect payments, issue receipts, and maintain booking and payment records.
• Maintain lost-and-found records and report incidents promptly.
• Communicate with parents regarding childrens activities, safety, and incidents.
• Handle resident queries, collect feedback, and coordinate with the Club House Executive.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure all facilities are functional.
• Plan and conduct at least two children’s activities every month and promote them to residents.
• Prepare daily, weekly, fortnightly, and monthly MIS reports on bookings, payments, activities, and facility usage.
• Support clubhouse events and activities as required.
