• Plan and conduct age-appropriate learning activities, games, rhymes, and creative sessions.
• Support children's physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development.
• Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment.
• Guide and mentor teachers and caregivers on childcare and teaching practices.
• Maintain children's records, attendance registers, activity plans, and daily reports.
• Coordinate with parents regarding children's progress and daily activities.
• Ensure compliance with Ipsaa's policies, SOPs, and safety standards.
• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, grooming, and performance, as applicable.
• Manage daily centre operations, resources, and team coordination, as applicable.
• Report incidents, parent concerns, and operational issues to the reporting authority.
• Maintain professional conduct, teamwork, and confidentiality.
