Job summary

Crest Property Solution Pvt Ltd. is seeking a dedicated professional to manage a kids’ play area and related hospitality services for residents in Mumbai.

You will supervise children, plan activities, and ensure safety and a welcoming environment while coordinating with housekeeping and support teams. Key duties include organizing at least two children’s activities monthly, maintaining clean facilities, handling bookings for guest house and amenities, and producing regular MIS reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 2+ years in childcare or hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Supervise children and facilitate age-appropriate play; follow safety procedures, record entries, inspect equipment and report incidents or maintenance concerns.
• Plan and conduct at least two children’s activities each month; coordinate schedules, materials, external facilitators and parent communication.
• Support guest house and amenity bookings, communicate usage guidelines, collect charges, issue receipts and maintain accurate payment and booking records.
• Respond to residents, parents and Management Committee queries; collect feedback and maintain a helpful, professional and child-friendly approach.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and support teams to keep the play area and guest house clean and functional; report lighting, AC or other MEP issues.
• Maintain daily logs, lost-and-found records, activity schedules and timely daily/weekly/fortnightly/monthly MIS reports.

Job description

Responsible for maintaining a safe, clean and engaging kids’ play area for children aged 3–18, facilitating activities, supporting residents and parents, and assisting with guest house and club house amenity operations.

KEY PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS

Organize at least two children’s activities per month, targeting 75% child participation.

Maintain at least 90% resident satisfaction in quarterly feedback.

Ensure accurate payment records and submit all reports on time.

Promote a safe play environment through proactive supervision.
