Job summary

Somnetics (Som Imaging Informatics) seeks a seasoned Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead technology strategy, governance, and delivery for an IT Consulting and Staff Augmentation business. You will drive high-demand capabilities, customer outcomes, and P&L profitability.

You will build Centers of Excellence, oversee global delivery, and partner with sales on RFPs while shaping the technology roadmap and talent development across onshore/offshore teams.

Qualifications

• Experience: 14+ years in technology leadership, delivery management, or IT consulting.
• Domain Expertise: Tech consulting, solution architecture, and large-scale global delivery; staff augmentationexperience preferred.
• Business Acumen: Proven track record in P&L management, growth, and executive stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Define the tech vision and roadmap; build capabilities in Cloud, AI/ML, DevOps, Cybersecurity, and Digital Engineering; establish CoEs, skill assessment frameworks, and upskilling programs.
• Oversee delivery quality, security compliance, and operational excellence; direct global onshore/offshore teams; escalate technical and delivery issues.
• Partner with Sales/Account teams on RFPs, solutioning, and client presentations; build robust relationships with enterprise clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Manage technology budgets, delivery performance, resource allocation, and overall P&L; profitability.

Role Overview

Strategic and business-driven technology leader to head technology strategy, delivery governance, talent capability, and business growth for an IT Consulting and Staff Augmentation business. Responsible for building high-demand tech capabilities, driving delivery excellence, supporting client acquisition, and ensuring P&L; profitability.

Key Responsibilities
