Role Overview

We are seeking a visionary and execution-focused Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology strategy, engineering organization, AI initiatives, and digital transformation. The CTO will define the company's technology roadmap, build high-performing engineering teams, and ensure the delivery of secure, scalable, and innovative technology solutions that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Technology Leadership

• Define and execute the company's technology vision and long-term roadmap.
• Align technology initiatives with business goals and product strategy.
• Drive innovation through emerging technologies including AI, machine learning, automation, and cloud computing.

Engineering Management

• Build, mentor, and lead high-performing engineering teams.
• Establish engineering best practices, coding standards, and development processes.
• Oversee architecture, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of all technology platforms.

Product & Platform Development

• Lead development of customer-facing web and mobile applications.
• Design scalable microservices and cloud-native architectures.
• Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance across all systems.

AI & Data Strategy

• Drive adoption of AI across customer experience, operations, and business intelligence.
• Implement data-driven decision-making frameworks.
• Build analytics capabilities to support growth and operational excellence.

Security & Compliance

• Establish cybersecurity policies and infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with applicable data privacy and security regulations.
• Implement disaster recovery and business continuity strategies.

Innovation & Digital Transformation

• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend strategic adoption.
• Lead automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Product, Marketing, Operations, Sales, and Finance teams.
• Work closely with founders to prioritize technology investments.
• Represent technology strategy to investors, partners, and stakeholders when required.

Compensation: 30,000.00 - 60,00.00 per month
