Technology Strategy and Vision

Develop and implement a technology strategy that aligns with the company's business goals.

Lead strategic planning to achieve business goals by identifying and prioritizing development initiatives and setting timetables for the evaluation, development, and deployment of all technology-based services.

Demonstrated success in Emerging technologies like AI/ML/Data Engineer/Data Science projects from conception to implementation and scaling.

Leadership and Team Management

Manage, mentor, and lead the technology and engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and qualified growth.

Oversee the recruitment, hiring, and development of the technology team members.

Establish standards and procedures to track and measure the performance of the team.

Product Development and Management
