Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of technology leadership experience, preferably in EdTech, HealthTech, or SaaS platforms.
• Strong experience building scalable learning or content platforms.
• Expertise in cloud infrastructure, APIs, databases, and security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the technology roadmap aligned with educational and business objectives.
• Lead development of learning platforms, content delivery systems, assessment engines, and analytics tools.
• Ensure platform scalability, reliability, and data security, especially for institutional and enterprise clients.
• Oversee architecture across web, mobile, cloud, and data platforms.
• Implement best practices for privacy, compliance, and data protection (FERPA, GDPR, HIPAA where applicable).
• Partner with Product, Academic, Content, and Instructional Design teams.
• Build, mentor, and scale high-performing engineering and data teams.
• Drive adoption of emerging technologies (AI-driven learning, adaptive assessments, simulations, AR/VR, LLMs).
• Manage third-party integrations (LMS, LXP, proctoring, credentialing, payments).
• Support platform analytics for learner engagement, outcomes, and performance insights.
