You will oversee cloud, platforms, product development, analytics, cybersecurity, and partnerships, guiding engineering, product, and IT teams to deliver ROI and sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• 10–18 years in technology leadership roles.
• 5+ years in leadership positions.
• Experience in scaling platforms (health-tech/retail/e-commerce preferred).
• B.Tech/M.Tech with MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute technology roadmap aligned with business growth.
• Build scalable systems for 1000+ franchise stores.
• Lead development of POS, WMS, inventory systems, ecommerce platform, and mobile apps.
• Ensure performance, scalability, and user experience.
• Manage all internal and third-party software systems.
• Oversee cloud, servers, networks, and system integrations.
• Drive data analytics, dashboards, and AI-based insights.
• Ensure ROI, adoption, and regulatory compliance.

Role Overview

The CTO will lead the company’s end-to-end technology strategy, execution, and scalability. This role is responsible for building a robust, future-ready technology ecosystem to support rapid national expansion and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Technology Strategy
• Define and execute technology roadmap aligned with business growth
• Build scalable systems for 1000+ franchise stores
• Platform & Product Development
• Lead development of POS, WMS, inventory systems, e-commerce platform, and mobile apps
• Ensure performance, scalability, and user experience
• Software Ecosystem Management (Critical)
• Manage all internal and third-party software systems
• Vendor selection, integration, implementation, and optimization
• Ensure ROI, adoption, and seamless API integrations
• Data & Analytics
• Implement dashboards for sales, inventory, and franchise performance
• Drive AI-based forecasting, pricing, and customer insights
• Infrastructure & Operations
• Oversee cloud, servers, networks, and system integrations
• Ensure uptime, monitoring, and disaster recovery

• Implement data protection, cybersecurity frameworks, and regulatory compliance
