Weekday AI is seeking an entrepreneurial tech leader to join as a co-founder and architect the future of a consumer fintech. You will shape the technology vision, build scalable AI-powered platforms, and drive growth in a B2C startup.

You will lead an agile engineering team, recruit top talent, and partner with founders and the board to deliver cutting-edge digital experiences from MVP to scale. This moonshot role is Mumbai-based with ambitious product roadmaps and a culture of experimentation,

Qualifications

• Define and execute the technology vision for our next-generation product suite, driving technical excellence that outpaces the market
• Architect intelligent, scalable, and secure digital platforms that innovate at the intersection of finance and AI
• Build and lead an agile tech team empowered to deliver novel customer-centric solutions, working side-by-side with product and business leadership
• Spearhead the development and integration of successful AI projects that create quantifiable market differentiation
• Champion modern engineering best practices—from scalable cloud to robust security—enabling seamless onboarding and digital experiences
• Proactively attract, recruit, and hire top-tier technology talent to fuel our product ambitions, building a diverse and high-calibre engineering team from the ground up

What You Bring

• Hands-on technology leadership experience, with driving product engineering in B2C startups
• Proven success building and deploying AI-driven products—your work has moved the needle for users, markets, or growth
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from IIT (India) or a similarly renowned institution is mandatory
