See & Recruit (India) seeks a Deputy CTO to architect a world-class, AI-driven wealth management platform in Mumbai. You will own the full stack from client journeys to execution, tracking, and intelligent system units, guiding a high-calibre engineering team and shaping the technical roadmap.

This role requires 10–14 years in tech, hands-on leadership, cloud-native design, data engineering and AI/ML expertise, with a proven track record of shipping scalable products in fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of cloud-native design, data platforms and AI/ML capabilities.
• Build and lead a high-calibre engineering team; own product roadmap, technical decisions and delivery velocity.

• Ensure security, reliability, performance and clean architecture across all layers.

Deputy CTO - World-Class AI-Driven Platform

Role Overview :

Lead technology strategy and build a world-class platform for a 2-year-old wealth management firm. Own the full stack that delivers a seamless DIY client experience, execution, tracking, research and an AI-powered virtual system unit that acts as the intelligent system driver.

Key Responsibilities :

• Architect and deliver a modern, scalable platform covering: client DIY journeys, order execution, real-time tracking, research engines and an AI virtual system unit.
• Drive adoption of the latest systems architecture, cloud-native design, data platforms and AI/ML capabilities.
• Build and lead a high-calibre engineering team; own product roadmap, technical decisions and delivery velocity.
• Design and implement the AI virtual system unit that powers intelligent recommendations, automation and system-level decision support.
• Ensure security, reliability, performance and clean architecture across all layers.
• Continuously evaluate and integrate emerging tech (AI agents, real-time systems, modern data stacks) to keep the platform world-class.

Requirements :

• 10-14 years in technology with strong hands-on and leadership experience in building complex digital platforms.
