Qualifications

• Strong technical background with expertise in building scalable systems and managing high-concurrency environments.
• Excellent understanding of software development lifecycle and methodologies.

• Familiarity with cloud technologies and microservices architecture.

• Lead the technology strategy and vision for the company, aligning it with business goals.
• Work closely with founders to define product roadmaps and develop high-quality technical solutions.
• Oversee the architecture and design of scalable, high-performance systems that can handle significant concurrency.
• Build and manage a high-performing tech team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
• Establish best practices for software development, including coding standards, testing methodologies, and deployment processes.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the company's tech strategies are forward-thinking.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, operations, and marketing, to drive the product vision.
• Ensure the security and integrity of our software systems and data.
• Monitor and manage technology budgets and resources effectively.

Key Requirements
