Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience building and scaling enterprise B2B SaaS products.
• Proven experience leading engineering organizations of 25+ engineers.
• Strong background in cloud-native architecture, distributed systems, APIs, microservices, and multi-tenant SaaS platforms.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies, including Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, vector databases, and AI-driven product development.
• Experience driving engineering transformation and scaling high-performing product teams.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, security, DevOps, CI/CD, and engineering best practices.
• Ability to balance technical excellence with business priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the overall technology vision, architecture, and engineering strategy.
• Build and scale secure, cloud-native, AI-powered SaaS products.
• Transform the existing engineering organization into a high-performing product engineering team.
• Drive architecture decisions across cloud infrastructure, APIs, data platforms, AI/ML, security, and scalability.
• Partner closely with the CEO and leadership team to align technology with business strategy and product roadmap.
