Job summary

Stealth Startup | Health intelligence is seeking a CTO / Founding AI Engineering Lead to architect and own the core technology foundation of the company in a venture-scale, healthcare-ai context.

You will collaborate directly with the founder, chief scientist, and medical advisors to design scalable AI/ML systems, data infrastructure, and product-ready backend architecture, guiding the prototype to production journey.

Qualifications

• Strong AI/ML engineering background.
• Experience building real products or production-grade systems.
• Self-sufficient, high-agency operator in fast-moving environments.
• Strong judgment across architecture, product, and execution.
• Comfortable collaborating with research- and science-heavy teams.
• Start-up / zero-to-one experience preferred.
• Mandatory Tier-1 education and experience at top startups.
