Job summary

Michael Page is recruiting for a fast-growing AI startup preparing for international expansion. The role will own the end-to-end product and engineering roadmap alongside the founders, building and scaling AI-first products from concept to production.

You will lead architecture, translate customer feedback into roadmap priorities, work with design and business stakeholders to drive adoption, and hire and mentor a lean engineering team while establishing delivery standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years software engineering experience, ideally at startups or high-growths.
• Strong full-stack background with scalable systems and AI awareness.
• Demonstrated ability to build products from 0 to 1.
• Product-minded with balance of technical excellence and customer needs.
• Comfortable speaking with customers and turning insights into roadmaps.
• Able to operate in ambiguity and make high-quality decisions quickly.
