Duties

• Develop, implement, and oversee all security policies, procedures, and protocols to protect organizational assets and personnel.


• Lead security operations including surveillance systems, access control systems, and physical security measures across multiple locations.


• Manage security teams by providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations to ensure high standards of safety and professionalism.


• Conduct thorough background checks on new hires and vendors to maintain a secure workforce environment.


• Coordinate emergency response efforts including first aid administration, CPR procedures, and crisis management during incidents or threats.


• Perform regular security audits, surveillance reviews, and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and improve security measures.


• Ensure compliance with all applicable security regulations and standards while maintaining detailed reports on incidents, investigations, and operational activities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in security management, law enforcement, military service or related fields with demonstrated leadership capabilities.


• Strong knowledge of security systems including surveillance technology, access control systems, and alarm monitoring.


• Excellent report writing skills coupled with the ability to perform detailed investigations and maintain accurate records.
