Job summary

HR JOBS CONSULTANCY is seeking a Chief Security Officer to lead enterprise-wide security strategy across multiple sites, plants, and infrastructure. The role oversees surveillance, access control, incident prevention, and crisis management while ensuring regulatory compliance and coordination with authorities.

The candidate should have extensive experience in security across infrastructure or industrial environments and proven leadership of large multi-location operations.

Qualifications

• 10-20 years of experience in security, defence, law enforcement, or corporate security
• Exposure to infrastructure, construction, energy, or industrial environments
• Experience in physical security domains or related risk management frameworks

Key Responsibilities
