Job summary

TVS Credit Services Ltd in Chennai is seeking an experienced Cloud Operations Lead responsible for end-to-end ownership of business-critical workloads across OCI, AWS, Azure, and Microsoft 365.

The role ensures high availability, resilience, compliance, and audit readiness in a regulated BFSI environment, driving disaster recovery maturity, DR runbooks, and liaison with Infosec and audit teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering/technology or equivalent.
• 10+ years of IT / Cloud Operations experience.
• OCI / AWS / Azure certifications.
• ITIL / ISO 27001 / COBIT (preferred).
• Experience with regulated BFSI environments.

Responsibilities

• Own and operate highly available, production critical platforms across OCI, AWS, Azure, and M365.
• Ensure platform stability, performance, SLA adherence, and major incident management.
• Drive bi annual Disaster Recovery (DR) drills for OCI and AWS, including RTO/RPO validation and reporting.
• Act as primary SPOC for audits, coordinating with RBI / ISO 27001 / COBIT, Internal Audit, Risk, unix, Compliance, and Infosec teams.
• Partner with Infosec to enforce security and governance controls across all cloud platforms.
• Manage cloud service providers and vendors including escalations.
• Standardize cloud operations processes, SOPs, and DR runbooks.
• Present operational health, risks, and compliance posture to senior leadership.

Job Purpose

This role is responsible for endtoend ownership of businesscritical workloads deployed across Oracle Cloud (OCI), AWS, Azure, and Microsoft 365. The role also ensures high availability, resilience, compliance, and audit readiness in a regulated enterprise environment, while driving disaster recovery maturity and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and operate highly available, business critical platforms across OCI, AWS, Azure, and M365
• Ensure platform stability, performance, SLA adherence, and major incident management
• Drive bi annual Disaster Recovery (DR) drills for OCI and AWS, including RTO/RPO validation and reporting
• Act as primary SPOC for audits, coordinating with:
• RBI / Regulatory Audits
• ISO (27001 / 22301)
• Internal Audit, Risk, unix, Compliance, and Information Security teams
• Ensure timely audit evidence submission and closure of observations with no repeat findings
• Partner with Infosec to enforce security and governance controls across all cloud platforms
• Manage cloud service providers and vendors (Oracle, AWS, Microsoft) including escalations
• Standardize cloud operations processes, SOPs, and DR runbooks
• Present operational health, risks, and compliance posture to senior leadership
