Job summary

The Corporate Institute is seeking a CFO who will partner with the Managing Director and leadership team to shape the company’s future. This role extends beyond traditional accounting, leading finance transformation, governance, and scalable systems to support a substantially larger business.

You will drive capital allocation decisions, strengthen performance management, manage funding and working capital, and oversee financial reporting and compliance, including IPO readiness when appropriate.

• CA is essential for the role.
• 15–25 years of progressive finance leadership experience.
• Strong experience in manufacturing-focused businesses.
• Experience with ERP implementation and finance transformation.
• Exposure to listed companies, private equity-backed entities, or IPO readiness is desirable.

Role Purpose:

The role will serve as a strategic business partner to the Managing Director, promoters and leadership team. The role extends significantly beyond traditional accounting and controllership responsibilities and will involve helping shape the future direction of the company.

The CFO will lead finance transformation, institutionalize governance mechanisms, build scalable systems and processes, support strategic decision-making, strengthen performance management disciplines, drive capital allocation decisions and ensure that the organization is equipped to support a substantially larger business over the coming years.
