Qualifications

• 15-20 years of senior finance experience in large organizations.
• CA/ICWA/MBA finance with strong business and financial acumen.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, MIS and governance.

Responsabilités

• Oversee monthly MIS including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
• Lead budgeting, quarterly forecasts and manpower cost planning.
• Drive pricing strategies and project costing analyses for bids.
• Ensure compliance with governance and internal controls.
• Manage working capital, receivables, and cash flow optimization.
• Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, and marketing for seamless FP&A operations.

Job Description

• Job Role : 1. Financial Projectsion and estimates analysis, MIS including PandL, Balance Sheet, Cash flows various analysis from time to time on India BU 2. Preparation of budget and quarterly reporting of business plan and manpower cost 3. Monitoring Achievement of yearly cash flow target (OCF. as per BP,Yearly EBITDA target (INR Cr. 4. Analyze the Project costing and profitability at bidding stage and completion and assist in Pricing decisions 5. Identify new business growth areas and initiate the implementation 6. Ensure Compliance at India BU Level 7. Ensure GAM Compliance at India BU Level and update as per business needs and Org Structure 8.Analyze, Control, monitor, and drive customer collections, inventory, Accounts Receivable, Net Working Capital on a routine basis and Coordinate with Supply Chain, Procurement, Marketing" 9.Credit control of customers

Responsibility

• Assist the Business Unit Head in reviewing the Annual Business Plan budgets execution monitoring cash flow management and financial control projections


• Collaborate with the Business Unit Head to design and implement business strategies and new initiatives


• Participate in monthly reviews of the India Business Unit to ensure alignment with corporate objectives


• Oversee the preparation of the annual budget and conduct quarterly reviews of the business plan and manpower costs


• Ensure the achievement of yearly cash flow targets Operating Cash Flow as per the Business Plan


• Track and manage net working capital including inventory to optimize financial performance


• Analyze project costing and profitability at the bidding stage and upon completion assisting in pricing decisions


• Control monitor and drive customer collections inventory accounts receivable and net working capital on a routine basis


• Coordinate with Supply Chain Procurement Marketing and other departments to ensure seamless financial operations


• Collaborate with departments such as Banking Accounting Audit Corporate MIS and Consolidation to enhance financial functions


• Identify new business growth areas and initiate their implementation to drive organizational success


• Ensure compliance with Governance Authority Management at the India Business Unit level


• Lead team development initiatives and assign digital projects to enhance team capabilities


• Support management in all aspects of the India Business Unit and work closely to achieve corporate finance objectives
