Job summary

Total Group is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for Contract Logistics in Mumbai. You will lead strategic growth, drive operational excellence, and oversee P&L across a multi-location contract logistics portfolio.

The role requires transforming the business, building a high-performance team, and delivering world-class service to customers. Ideal candidates have 20+ years in logistics or 3PL, strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management, and MBA or equivalent preferred.

• MBA or equivalent management qualification preferred.

• Ensure compliance with statutory, quality, safety, and governance standards.
• Build and mentor a high-performing leadership team and foster a culture of excellence.

Role Summary:

Lead the Contract Logistics business by driving strategic growth, operational excellence, profitability, and customer satisfaction. The CEO is responsible for business expansion, P&L management, transformation, and building a high-performance organization while ensuring world-class service delivery and governance.
