We are seeking a motivated and experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to join our team. This is a full-time position based out of Kandivali (West), Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 11 - 25 years of experience, 4-5 years in Director/ Head of department/ Dy.CEO position, overseeing Business Strategy, Operations, Logistics, P&L, and Sales & Marketing.

Job Summary

We are looking for a strong leader who will be responsible for the operations management, business strategy, organizational profitability and performance. The role requires building strong teams to derive organizational results.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the founder and advisors to strategize business priorities and decisions
• Develop business strategies, growth initiatives, and provide guidance for organizational success
• Derive revenue growth and market expansion to maximize the profitability of the organization
• Oversee the whole process of manufacturing, production, planning, and logistics to ensure operational efficiency
• Oversee the entire process of P&L, budgets, cash flow, working capital, and profitability.
• Monitor operating costs and implement financial controls.
• Drive the functions of sales and business development to ensure excellent customer relationships
• Oversee the functions of procurement and vendor management
• Ensure quality and compliance with applicable statutory

Skills

• 11-25 years of Industry experience, with 3-5 years leadership experience in manufacturing related industry.
• Proven track record in P&L management and business growth.
• Experience in company expansion, and business transformation is preferred
