Job summary

Desire Consultancy Service in Hyderabad seeks a senior executive to own complete P&L, budgeting, cash flow & profitability, and to drive productivity, cost optimization and operational excellence across the plant.

You will build and mentor a high-performing leadership team and present business performance, risks and growth plans to the Chairman & Board, ensuring disciplined execution and sustained value creation.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in Metals / Manufacturing / Industrial sectors.
• Strong P&L & business transformation experience.
• Proven plant & operational leadership.
• High integrity, ownership & leadership maturity.
