Job summary

Aarvi Encon in Mumbai, India seeks a senior Fire Protection and Public Health Engineering specialist with 17–20 years of experience in design for Pharma, Biotechnology, Healthcare and industrial facilities.

You will lead and manage the Fire Protection and PHE discipline across multiple projects, review design concepts, calculations, layouts, BOQs and GFC drawings for fire protection and PHE systems, and ensure alignment with project objectives in a fast-paced consultancy environment.

Qualifications

• 17–20 years of experience in Fire Protection and Public Health Engineering design.
• Experience in Engineering Consultancy/EPC organizations.
• Experience in Pharma, Biotechnology, Healthcare, Industrial, Semiconductor, Laboratory or Cleanroom projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Fire Protection and PHE discipline across multiple projects.
• Review design concepts, Design Basis Reports, calculations, layouts, specs, BOQs, tenders and GFC drawings for Fire Protection and PHE systems.
• Review Fire Hydrant, Automatic Sprinkler, Hose Reel, Clean Agent Fire Suppression, Fire Alarm, Water Mist, Foam systems where applicable.
• Review Public Health Engineering systems including domestic water supply, drainage, water treatment integration.
• Strong expertise in Fire Protection System Design and Public Health Engineering for industrial and pharmaceutical facilities.

Mechanical (Fire & PHE)

Lead and manage the Fire Protection and Public Health Engineering (PHE) discipline across multiple engineering projects. Review design concepts, Design Basis Reports, calculations, layouts, specifications, BOQs, tender documents, and Good for Construction (GFC) drawings for Fire Protection and PHE systems. Review Fire Hydrant, Automatic Sprinkler, Hose Reel, Clean Agent Fire Suppression, Fire Alarm System coordination, Water Mist, Foam Systems (where applicable), and Fire Water Storage & Pumping Systems. Review Public Health Engineering systems including domestic water supply, flushing water, drainage, sewage, rainwater harvesting, storm water drainage, hot water systems, and water treatment integration. Strong expertise in Fire Protection System Design and Public Health Engineering for industrial and pharmaceutical facilities.
