Job Description:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Civil Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in plumbing and fire-fighting design engineering, with a proven track record of successful project delivery
• Strong knowledge of plumbing and fire protection systems, including water supply, drainage, fire suppression, and alarm systems
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software
• In-depth understanding of local and international building codes and standards
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements
• Willingness to travel occasionally for site visits or client meetings.

Minimum Qualifications:

10-15years of experience with projects similar in function, size and scope to the description above.
