Job Role and Responsibilityas per instructions of DGS for "Resident Engineer Superintendent" designation for Presea MTIs. Involves teaching and administration responsibilities. Customary practices of Higher Education Organisations and directives of the Ministry of Shipping, Ministry of Human Resource Department and GoI apply.

Four Types of Roles and Payment (Payment varies with Role):

• Permanent Full time - Minimum 2 Years in Employment Contract - Rs. 1,50,000 / Month onwards
• Contractual Engagement - Minimum Duration: 6 months contract - Rs. 1,20,000 / Month onwards
• Short Contracts- Minimum Duration: 95 Days contract - Rs. 1,00,000 / Month onwards
• Visiting Faculty - Minimum 15 Days - Rs. 1200/ Hour onwards
