Job summary

JobItUs in India is seeking a hands-on R&D Chemist to conduct research and development for food colors, dyes, and specialty chemical products. You will perform laboratory experiments, synthesis, formulation, and product development trials.

You will document observations, operate analytical instruments, and support process improvements from lab to plant, coordinating with Production and QC for trial batches while ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with analytical instruments (HPLC/UV/GC).
• Understanding of formulations and process development.
• Knowledge of GMP, GLP and safety procedures.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good documentation and communication skills.
