Job summary

AP Management Consultants in Puducherry seeks MSc Chemistry with R&D experience to lead product development and refinement. The role focuses on developing and improving products based on customer and business requirements, with hands-on trials to evaluate performance.

You will prepare R&D reports, coordinate with Production, Quality and Purchase teams, test raw materials, troubleshoot issues, and ensure safety, quality and cost optimization across laboratory activities.

Qualifications

• MSc in Chemistry with hands-on R&D experience.
• Experience in product development and trial evaluation.
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
