Job summary

Azad Engineering in Hyderabad invites a Laboratory Technician to perform chemical analysis, etching baths and process solutions, and support experiments end-to-end.

You will collect samples, prepare solutions and standards, maintain lab instruments, monitor inventory, document results, and generate daily, weekly and monthly reports while strictly adhering to QMS, EHS and company policies to ensure quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform chemical analysis etching baths and process solutions.
• Collect and test samples from chemical processing line.
• Prepare solutions and standards for use in experiments.
• Maintain and operate laboratory instruments and testing equipment.
• Monitor chemical inventory and coordinate ordering of laboratory reagents and chemicals.
• Document results and maintain accurate laboratory records.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly laboratory reports.
• Interpret results and communicate findings to superior.
• Comply with all safety procedures and regulations.
• Follow Quality Management System (QMS), Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS), and company policies always.
