Technoforce Solutions in Nashik, Maharashtra, India is seeking a skilled analytical chemist to perform routine and non-routine analyses using HPLC and GC. You will develop, optimize, and troubleshoot chromatographic methods, prepare samples and reagents, and conduct system suitability tests and calibration checks.

Perform routine and non-routine analysis using HPLC and GC.
Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot chromatographic methods where required.
Prepare samples, standards, mobile phases, solvents, buffers, and reagents accurately.
Carry out system suitability tests, calibration checks, and instrument performance verification.
Perform volumetric and instrumental titrations.
Operate and assist with analysis using DSC and other laboratory instruments.
Conduct physical and chemical testing of raw materials, in-process samples, finished products, and research samples.
Record observations, calculations, chromatograms, and analytical results accurately.
Review analytical data and identify abnormal results, deviations, or instrument-related issues.
Support laboratory studies, experiments, method development, method validation, and stability studies.
Maintain laboratory notebooks, worksheets, test reports, and equipment logbooks.
Prepare and maintain standard operating procedures, test methods, and related documentation.
Perform routine instrument cleaning, preventive checks, and basic troubleshooting.
Coordinate with laboratory, production, quality assurance, and research teams.
Follow good laboratory practices, chemical handling procedures, and applicable safety requirements.
Maintain proper housekeeping and ensure the availability of chemicals, consumables, and reference standards.
Participate in investigations related to out-of-specification results, deviations, and corrective actions.
MSc in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, or a related discipline.
Strong practical knowledge of HPLC and GC analysis.
Good understanding of analytical chemistry principles, sample preparation, calibration, and quantitative analysis.
Hands-on experience with titration techniques and laboratory calculations.
Knowledge of DSC and thermal analysis is preferred.
Familiarity with laboratory studies, method development, method validation, and stability testing.
