Calicut Paragon Restaurants Management Llc is seeking a kitchen supervisor to lead cooks and kitchen staff in our busy operations in Kerala. You will oversee portioning, presentation, garnishes, and stock management while ensuring food safety standards are met.

You'll communicate daily menu specials to the F&B team, prepare substitutes, and keep kitchen logs up to date. This full-time role offers growth opportunities and a stable, on-site work environment.
