Job summary

Mepa2z Llp is seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant to head the Accounts & Finance function in Noida. The role covers statutory compliance, audits, taxation, and governance for real estate projects. You will manage 4-5 finance staff and ensure timely financial close.

The position requires CA with real estate/construction exposure, deep tax knowledge, and strong leadership. Immediate joiners preferred; work is office-based in Noida with full-time hours.

Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory; responsible for leading accounts & finance.
• Experience in Real Estate or Construction industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of direct and indirect taxation and statutory compliance.
• Experience in audits and internal controls.
• Ability to manage a team of 4-5 members.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including AP, AR, and GL.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Lead GST filings, Income Tax returns, and TDS compliance.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and strengthen controls.
• Liaise with government departments and tax authorities on notices and assessments.
• Monitor project financials and conduct feasibility analyses for real estate initiatives.

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant to lead and manage the Accounts & Finance function. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring statutory compliance, handling audits, and managing taxation matters within a real estate environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Planning & Analysis


• Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.


• Monitor financial performance of ongoing projects and business operations.


• Conduct financial modeling and feasibility analysis for real estate projects.


• Accounting & Bookkeeping


• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including AP, AR, and general ledger.


• Ensure accuracy in financial records and timely processing of payments.


• Perform regular reconciliations of bank accounts, GST, and ledgers.


• Taxation & Compliance


• Ensure timely filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, 3B), Income Tax returns, and TDS.


• Handle departmental cases related to Income Tax, GST, and other statutory authorities.


• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and accounting standards.


• Audit & Internal Controls


• Manage internal and external audits.


• Strengthen internal control systems and ensure adherence to processes.


• Liaise with auditors and resolve audit queries effectively.


• Government Liaisoning


• Coordinate and liaise with government departments, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies.


• Handle notices, assessments, and compliance-related matters.


• Team Management

Educational Qualification

• Chartered Accountant (CA) - Mandatory Industry Preference


• Candidates with experience in Real Estate or Construction industry will be preferred.
