Job summary

Ajmera Realty & Infra India Ltd. is seeking an experienced Accounts, Finance & Taxation professional for its Mumbai operations. The role requires 10+ years in accounting, finance and taxation, with a preference for real estate exposure and semi-qualified CA/MBA Finance backgrounds.

Candidate will manage GST, TDS, audit processes, and statutory compliance while coordinating with auditors and internal teams. Strong ERP and Excel skills are essential for reporting and MIS.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in accounts, finance and taxation.
• Experience in real estate accounting preferred.
• Semi-qualified CA / Inter CA / CMA Inter / MBA Finance required.
• Strong Excel and ERP proficiency.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS and income tax basics.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end accounting and finance operations.
• Manage GST, TDS, income tax, PT and statutory compliances.
• Prepare and finalize financial statements and audit schedules.
• Coordinate with statutory auditors, tax consultants and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliation and fund flow.
• Prepare MIS reports, cash flow statements and budgeting reports.
• Ledger scrutiny, balance sheet reconciliation and month-end close.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Handle vendor payments and reconciliation.
• Work on ERP/accounting software and Excel reporting.
