Job description

We are looking for an experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) to lead our Finance & Accounts function. The role involves full-spectrum financial management, statutory compliance, and strategic planning to support the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

Corporate Finance & Strategy

Drive financial strategy, budgeting, and capital structuring to meet long-term business goals.

Provide financial insights, forecasts, and cash-flow management for decision making.

Taxation & Compliance

Manage GST, Income Tax, TDS and other direct/indirect tax filings with timely and accurate compliance.

Oversee tax audits, assessments, and represent the company before regulatory authorities.

Establish strong internal controls and ensure compliance with Companies Act, FEMA, and other statutory requirements.

Finalize financial statements as per Ind AS/IFRS and deliver timely MIS reports.

Handle notices, appeals, and hearings with tax and corporate regulators.

Lead financial due diligence and documentation for fundraising, M&A, and investment deals (preferred).

CA (Final Qualified) with 3-7 years of post-qualification experience.

Must possess strong analytical skills and leadership qualities.

Proven deep understanding of statutory compliances and financial reporting systems.
