Apex Resource Management in Noida is seeking an experienced Accounts Head to lead core accounting and taxation functions, including GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance. You will oversee financial reporting, statutory compliance, and audit coordination to ensure accuracy and regulatory adherence.

The role requires CA qualification with at least 5 years of relevant experience, strong analytical skills, and end-to-end process ownership across accounting operations.

• Supervise daily accounting operations and ledger scrutiny.
• Prepare financial statements, MIS reports and variance analysis.
• Coordinate with auditors and ensure timely audits.

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly competent finance professional to lead and manage core accounting and taxation functions, including GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance.

The role requires strong expertise in financial reporting, statutory compliance, and audit coordination, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and adherence to regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end GST compliance including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and reconciliations
• Oversee TDS compliance, filings, returns, and periodic reconciliations
• Manage Income Tax compliance, assessments, and related documentation
• Supervise day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate bookkeeping and ledger scrutiny
• Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and variance analysis
• Coordinate with statutory and internal auditors and ensure timely closure of audits
• Ensure adherence to all statutory, regulatory, and compliance requirements Strengthen internal controls and improve financial processes and systems
• Liaise with government authorities and external consultants when required

Qualifications

Experience

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Accounts, Taxation, and Compliance

Key Skills

• In-depth knowledge of GST, TDS, and Income Tax laws
