Job summary

Rishi Kapoor & Company in Noida/Greater Noida area seeks a Chartered Accountant with 3–8 years of CA firm experience to manage client portfolios, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead auditing, taxation, and financial reporting activities.

The role involves preparing statutory returns, advising on tax planning, and presenting MIS to client leadership, with strong emphasis on accuracy and client service in a growing CA firm.

Qualifications

• Qualified CA / CA Inter / Semi-Qualified with 3–8 years of experience in a CA Firm.
• Strong knowledge of Auditing, Taxation, GST and Companies Act.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Tally and accounting software.
• Good communication and client handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Auditing and Assurance: Conduct statutory audits to verify financial statements comply with regulations and perform internal audits where required.
• Taxation Services: Advise on tax planning strategies and prepare/file income tax, GST, and other statutory returns.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial statements (balance sheets, P&L) per IFRS/GAAP and generate MIS for client leadership.

Role & responsibilities

Vacancy for Chartered Accountant responsible for managing a portfolio of clients including listed entities and ensuring their financial activities comply with legal and regulatory standards:-

1. Auditing and Assurance:

• Conducting statutory audits to verify that financial statements are accurate and comply with government regulations.
• Performing internal audits, wherever required, to evaluate the effectiveness of a client's internal controls and risk management.

2. Taxation Services:

• 2.1 Advising on tax planning strategies to legally minimize liabilities for individuals and corporations.
• 2.2 Preparing and filing income tax, GST, and other statutory returns accurately and on time.
• 2.3 Representing clients in disputes before tax authorities, such as the Income Tax Department in India.

3. Financial Reporting:

• 3.1 Preparing and reviewing complex financial statements (balance sheets, P&L accounts) in accordance with standards like IFRS or GAAP.
• 3.2 Generating Management Information System (MIS) reports to help client leadership make strategic decisions.

Preferred candidate profile

• Qualified CA / CA Inter / Semi-Qualified with 3-8 years of experience in a CA Firm.
• Strong knowledge of Auditing, Taxation, GST and Companies Act.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Tally and accounting software.
• Good communication and client handling skills.
• Candidate must be residing in Noida / Greater Noida / Delhi NCR/ Ghaziabad.
