Qualifications

• CA qualification required with 5+ years in accounts, taxation and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end GST compliance including GST returns and reconciliations.
• Oversee TDS filings, returns, and reconciliations.
• Manage Income Tax compliance, assessments and documentation.
• Supervise day-to-day accounting operations, ledger scrutiny and book-keeping.
• Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports and variance analysis.
• Coordinate with statutory and internal auditors and ensure timely audits.
• Ensure adherence to all statutory, regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Strengthen internal controls and improve financial processes and systems.

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly competent finance professional to lead and manage core accounting and taxation functions, including GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance.

The role requires strong expertise in financial reporting, statutory compliance, and audit coordination, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and adherence to regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end GST compliance including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and reconciliations
• Oversee TDS compliance, filings, returns, and periodic reconciliations
• Manage Income Tax compliance, assessments, and related documentation
• Supervise day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate bookkeeping and ledger scrutiny
• Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and variance analysis
• Coordinate with statutory and internal auditors and ensure timely closure of audits
• Ensure adherence to all statutory, regulatory, and compliance requirements
• Strengthen internal controls and improve financial processes and systems
• Liaise with government authorities and external consultants when required

Qualifications
