Job summary

KW Group is seeking a finance professional to lead core accounting and taxation functions, including GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance. You will supervise daily accounting operations, prepare financial statements, and coordinate with auditors to ensure timely audits.

Ideal candidate holds CA with 5+ years of relevant experience, and will drive process improvements in internal controls and financial reporting. Noida-based office, 6-day work week structure.

Qualifications

• CA with minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, taxation and compliance.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS and Income Tax laws.
• Experience in reconciliations, audits, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end GST compliance including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and reconciliations.
• Oversee TDS compliance, filings, returns and reconciliations.
• Manage Income Tax compliance, assessments and documentation.
• Supervise day-to-day accounting operations and ledger scrutiny.

KW Group is seeking a highly competent finance professional to lead and manage core accounting and taxation functions, including GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end GST compliance including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and reconciliations
• Oversee TDS compliance, filings, returns, and periodic reconciliations
• Manage Income Tax compliance, assessments, and related documentation
• Supervise day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate bookkeeping and ledger scrutiny
• Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and variance analysis
• Coordinate with statutory and internal auditors and ensure timely closure of audits
• Ensure adherence to all statutory, regulatory, and compliance requirements
• Strengthen internal controls and improve financial processes and systems
• Liaise with government authorities and external consultants when required

Qualifications:

• Chartered Accountant (CA)

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Accounts, Taxation, and Compliance

Key Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of GST, TDS, and Income Tax laws
• Strong understanding of accounting standards and financial reporting

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally/ERP)
