Job summary

Decon Management Services in Maharashtra seeks a Senior Manager / AGM – Accounts and Taxation with 8–12 years post-qualification experience, preferably in Real Estate/Construction. You will lead financial reporting, RERA compliance, and tax activities for the group.

The role requires CA from ICAI, hands-on with Ind AS, GST, Income Tax portals, and ERP systems like Farvision and Tally Prime. Strong analytical skills and deadline orientation are essential.

Qualifications

• CA with 8–12 years post-qualification in Real Estate/Construction.
• Hands-on with Ind AS, corporate tax, GST and RERA compliance.
• Experience with ERP systems like Farvision, Tally Prime, SAP/Oracle.

Responsibilities

• Finalisation of standalone Balance Sheet, P&L, cash flow and notes per Ind AS/Companies Act.
• RERA registrations and quarterly/annual compliance for real estate projects.
• Income tax, advance tax, TDS and ITR filings for company and directors.
• GST compliance: monthly/quarterly returns, e-invoicing and e-way bills; audits.
• Coordinate with auditors for tax and statutory audits.

Title Senior Manager / AGM – Accounts/ Head Accounts and Taxation

Experience: - 8 – 12 Years Post Qualification Preferably In Real Estate / Construction

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Statements & Reporting

   Finalisations of Standalone Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow, and Notes to Accounts as per Ind AS / Companies Act, 2013

   Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of books.

2. RERA Compliance

   Handle all RERA registrations, quarterly & annual compliances, project updates, and form filings for real estate projects

   Liaise with RERA authorities and ensure adherence to RERA Act, 2016

3. Direct Tax

   Income Tax, Advance Tax, TDS, and filing of ITR for Company, Directors, and related entities

   Handling scrutiny assessments, appeals, and notices from IT Department

4. GST Compliance & Audit

   Monthly/Quarterly GST returns - GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, 9C

   Reconciliation of GSTR-2B vs Books, E-invoicing, E-way Bill compliance

   Managing GST audits, department audits, and replying to GST notices

5. Tax Audit & Statutory Audit

   Conduct and finalize Tax Audit u/s 44AB and prepare Form 3CA-3CD, 3CB-3CD

   Coordinate with Statutory Auditors for smooth completion of annual audit

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education: Qualified Chartered Accountant from ICAI

Experience: 8 to 12 years post-qualification, preferably in Real Estate / Construction industry

ERP & Software: Hands-on experience in Farvision ERP and Tally Prime is mandatory. Must be proficient in SAP/Oracle, MS Excel, ClearTax, GST & Income Tax portals

• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Ind AS, Income Tax Act, GST Law, RERA Act, Companies Act
