Job summary

Black Opal Consultants Ltd. in Noida is seeking a Chartered Accountant to join the Finance & Accounts team. The role offers hands-on exposure to accounting, taxation, compliance, audit, MIS, financial reporting, and project finance.

The candidate will maintain books, assist in closing, support tax compliance, coordinate with auditors, and prepare MIS and budgets. Preference for CA with 1-2 years experience; real estate/project experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• CA with 1-2 years of experience in finance or auditing.
• Hands-on exposure to GST, TDS, Income Tax and statutory compliances.
• Experience with budgeting, MIS and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and review books of accounts, ledgers, and reconciliations.
• Prepare financial statements and close monthly/year-end.
• Support GST, TDS, Income Tax and statutory compliances.
• Coordinate with auditors and prepare audit documentation.
• Prepare MIS, reports, and budget vs actual analysis.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting and cash-flow monitoring.
• Project-wise financial review and expense monitoring.

About the Role: Black Opal is looking for a CA to join our Finance & Accounts team. The role offers hands‑on exposure to accounting, taxation, compliance, audit, MIS, financial reporting, and project finance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and review books of accounts, ledgers, and reconciliations.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and month-end/year-end closing.
• Support GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliances.
• Coordinate with internal/external auditors and prepare audit documentation.
• Prepare MIS, financial reports, and budget-vs.-actual analysis.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow monitoring, and financial analysis.
• Assist in project-wise financial review and expense monitoring.
• Coordinate with consultants and cross-functional teams as required. Required Skills
• Strong knowledge of Accounting, Auditing, Taxation, GST, TDS & Financial Reporting.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and maintain confidentiality.

Preferred:

• CA Fresher or experienced with relevant articleship exposure in Audit, Taxation, Accounting, or Finance.
• Exposure to real estate, construction, hospitality, or project-based businesses will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of Tally/ERP systems preferred.
