Job summary

Riso India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Field Service Engineer to provide technical support for industrial equipment and perform on-site repairs. You will troubleshoot electronics issues and work with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.

The role requires 1–3 years of hands-on experience in field service or support within industrial equipment, and a solid understanding of circuitry and ITI-based knowledge. Travel to customer sites may be involved.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in field service or support in industrial equipment/machinery.
• Strong understanding of circuitry, electronics, and ITI principles.
• Experience performing repairs on PCBs, motors, lasers, scanners, and similar devices.

Responsibilities
