Job summary

Multidimensions is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to provide technical support to the Sales, Customer, Engineering and Manufacturing teams from its Navi Mumbai location.

You will review drawings and specifications, assist with product selection, and prepare technical proposals and reports. The role requires solid mechanical fundamentals, CAD awareness, and good communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Strong Mechanical Engineering fundamentals.
• Knowledge of drawings, GD&T, machine elements, machining & fabrication.
• Basic understanding of industrial automation and electrical/controls.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
• CAD knowledge – SolidWorks / AutoCAD / Creo / Inventor – is an advantage.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Quick learner with a strong technical curiosity and ownership mindset.
