You'll establish and maintain relationships with dealers/channel partners to promote BPL's business, provide guidance, training, and support to dealers on our products, track dealer metrics and performance, and resolve dealer grievances and issues — while ensuring new and existing dealers meet company guidelines on manpower, infrastructure, credit limits, and adherence to company policies and processes.

Key Responsibilities

Dealer Relationship Management & Business Development

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the dealer base, interfacing directly with all dealer personnel.
  • Provide timely support to help dealers win opportunities.
  • Research and identify potential open markets and drive dealers to perform across their given area.
  • Coordinate with internal team members on support required by dealers.
  • Manage market study analysis to determine optimum dealer count and preferred locations; review and recommend markets, prospects, and product range for expanding dealer operations.
  • Coordinate with Sales Field Operations on dealer improvement and/or replacement of poor-performing dealers.

Training & Compliance

  • Train and consult all dealer personnel to ensure a thorough understanding of products, policies, and procedures.
  • Ensure company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes are communicated and implemented within the dealer network.

Performance Management & Reporting

  • Manage dealer performance in coordination with Sales Field Operations, including performance assessment, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Provide regular updates on target vs. achievement, segment performance, and budget achievement; coordinate market intelligence and data input.
  • Make regular presentations to management on dealer performance, flagging issues as needed.

Documentation & Onboarding

  • Manage CRM support and ISO-relevant process documentation for dealership management.
  • Handle Letters of Intent, Dealer Agreements, and dealer onboarding for new dealers and renewals.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong sales background and dealer operations experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Experience training personnel.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, with sound, independent judgement.
  • Strong sales ability to expand footprint in the market by onboarding new dealers.
  • Knowledge of the local markets.
