Job summary

IndusInd Nippon Life Insurance is seeking a tenured direct sales/insurance broking professional in the life insurance sector. The role emphasizes achieving 40 Lakhs in annual targets and maintaining consistency in performance across channels.

Candidates should have more than one year of life insurance work experience, with limited job changes in the recent years. MDRT qualification within the last two years is preferred and prior agency/DM channel exposure is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Candidate has life insurance direct sales or broking experience.
• Experience with same employer for at least 1 year is preferred.
• Not more than 2 job changes in the last 3 years.
• Minimum ₹7,000 incentive per month or 25% of CTC.
• MDRT qualification in the last 2 years.
