Job summary

DealHub Ltd. in India seeks a seasoned Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to build and lead the finance function from the ground up. You will drive project finance, treasury, ERP implementation, MIS, and long-term financial strategy in a greenfield manufacturing setup.

Ideal candidates bring 12–22 years in manufacturing with exposure to metals/commodities, strong leadership, and capability to partner with promoters for strategic decisions and risk management. This role is based in Bhiwadi/NCR.

Qualifications

• Qualified CA/CMA/MBA (Finance) with relevant professional certification.
• 12–22 years of experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in metals, copper, aluminium, steel, cable, or commodity-based industries preferred.
• Strong exposure to greenfield projects, project finance, banking, treasury, costing, and manufacturing finance.
• Hands-on ERP implementation and finance automation experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Finance, Accounts, Taxation, Treasury, Compliance, and Commercial functions.
• Build and establish financial systems, SOPs, MIS, internal controls, and governance for a new manufacturing setup.
• Manage project finance, capex, working capital, banking relationships, fund raising, LC/BG operations, and consortium banking.
• Drive financial closures, term loan negotiations, credit ratings, and stock audits.
• Develop MIS dashboards covering production, inventory, profitability, cash flow, yield analysis, energy costs, and working capital.
• Lead ERP implementation and finance process automation initiatives.
• Oversee inventory reconciliation, costing, process losses, commodity risk management, and plant finance.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, Companies Act, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, legal advisors, and financial institutions.
• Support strategic procurement, commercial contracts, and long-term supply agreements.
• Build and mentor a high-performing Finance & Commercial team.
• Partner with promoters providing strategic financial insights, risk assessment, and business decision support.

This is a strategic leadership role reporting directly to the promoters. The selected candidate will play a key role in building the finance function from the ground up while driving project finance, treasury, banking relationships, governance, ERP implementation, MIS, and long-term financial strategy.
