Qualifications

• CA/MBA Finance or an equivalent qualification is preferred.
• 15 to 20+ years of relevant experience in finance leadership.
• Strong senior-level experience in budgeting, taxation, GST, TDS, audit and compliance.
• Ability to independently manage and lead the complete finance function.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial strategy, planning, budgeting and forecasting.
• Manage cash flow and working capital efficiently.
• Prepare and analyze MIS, P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow statements.
• Ensure GST, TDS, Income Tax and statutory compliance.
• Coordinate audits and maintain internal financial controls.
• Oversee banking relationships and financial institutions.
• Drive cost optimization and profitability improvements.
• Provide financial reporting and strategic decision support.
• Mentor the Finance & Accounts team.
