• Order Processing & Dispatch: Receiving goods from manufacturers, processing orders, and dispatching to distributors.
• Documentation & Compliance: Handling paperwork, including statutory obligations, taxation, and customs.
• Inventory Control: Providing real-time visibility to prevent stockouts or overstocking.

Carrying and Forwarding Agent (CFA) in supply chain management acts as a crucial intermediary, managing the storage, distribution, and transportation of goods from manufacturers to distributors or retailers. They serve as the logistical backbone, particularly in pharma, FMCG, and e-commerce, handling warehousing, inventory management, customs clearance, and last-mile delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Warehousing & Storage: Managing inventory, ensuring proper storage conditions (especially for pharma/food), and maintaining accurate stock levels.
• Logistics & Transportation: Arranging safe, efficient, and cost-effective transport for finished goods.
• Order Processing & Dispatch: Receiving goods from manufacturers, processing orders, and dispatching to distributors.
