Job summary

Pagaar India is seeking a capable CFA operations professional to manage end-to-end receipt, storage and dispatch of IOCL products at the CFA facility. You will maintain inventory accuracy, coordinate logistics and ensure regulatory compliance.

You will supervise warehouse staff, prepare stock reports and resolve distribution issues, while upholding safety standards and ownership of responsibilities within a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; background in supply chain or logistics preferred.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in CFA operations, warehousing or distribution management.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control and logistics coordination.
• Familiarity with oil and gas industry compliance requirements is an advantage.
• Good organizational and team supervision skills.
• Strong sense of ownership, integrity and accountability towards assigned responsibilities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
• Good time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
