Job summary

Clovio Consulting in Bengaluru is seeking a seasoned Workday HCM specialist to lead complex HR transformations. You will own core HCM configurations, design business processes, and coordinate cross‑functional impacts with HR, IT, and payroll stakeholders.

Applicants should have 6+ years in Workday HCM with at least two end‑to‑end implementations, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication. Prior experience with Recruitment/absence/compensation modules is a plus.

• 6+ years in Workday HCM with minimum 2 end-to-end implementation experience.
• Designs and owns complex HCM Core configuration, business process frameworks, eligibility rules, and cross‑module impacts.
