Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is hiring for a Senior Workday HCM Consultant to join its IT Consulting practice across PAN India. The role requires deep expertise in Workday HCM functional areas and strong stakeholder management to drive HR system implementations.

You will engage in requirement gathering, solution design, and hands-on configuration of Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Absence Management, and Talent & Performance modules, ensuring alignment with HR lifecycle processes and industry

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Workday HCM functional consulting.
• Expertise in Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Absence Management, Talent & Performance Management.
• Experience configuring Business Processes, Security, Organizations, Reports and Calculated Fields.
• Strong understanding of HR lifecycle processes and best practices.
• Experience in requirements gathering, solution design and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Workday HCM functional consulting across modules and integrations.
• Lead requirement gathering, solution design and stakeholder alignment.
• Configure business processes, security roles, organizations, reports and calculated fields.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to implement best HR lifecycle practices.
• Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams to resolve issues.
